Chuck

Chuck • Owner

Since founding Elite K-911 Dog Training in 2008, Chuck has led the pack with a deep passion for canine behavior and training. Committed to continuous learning, he regularly attends seminars and classes to stay up-to-date on the latest dog behavior science, training techniques, and methodologies. Chuck shares his home with his wife, Heather, and their four dogs: Chupa (Chihuahua), Big (Pit Bull), Anya (Belgian Malinois), and Fozzy (Pomeranian/Chihuahua).

Heather

Heather • Co-Owner

Heather has been an essential part of the Elite K-911 network since 2012, when she began volunteering with local dog rescues. Now serving as Vice President, she plays a crucial role in building community partnerships and ensuring the continued growth of Elite K-911. In addition to her work with us, Heather balances a demanding career as a flight attendant, traveling across the globe. She shares her home with her husband, Chuck, and their four dogs: Chupa, Big, Anya, and Fozzy

Shaunte • General Manager

With a strong background in hospitality, Shaunte joined the Elite K-911 team in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and operations. As our Operations Manager, she is dedicated to overseeing daily activities and ensuring that every client has an exceptional experience. Outside of work, Shaunte enjoys quality time with her husband,  three children, and their two dogs: Franklin (Great Dane/English Mastiff) and Bane (Cane Corso).

Elise

Lead Trainer

A graduate of the Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers, Elise brings over 15 years of experience to her role at Elite K-911. Joining the team in 2022, she is passionate about helping dogs reach their full potential through focused, effective training. Elise is also the proud owner of two highly skilled dogs, Blake and Arrow (both Belgian Malinois), who are certified in trailing and human remains detection by the International Police Working Dog Association.

Andrew

Andew

Trainer

Andrew is our newest team member who brings many years of customer service and lifelong dog ownership experience. He is dedicated to helping dogs achieve freedom by creating outlets for energy via clear communication. Andrew’s best dog friend is a Weimaraner named Philly. Together they enjoy deep wilderness backpacking trips across the country.

Anna

Salon Manager/Groomer

Anna began her grooming career in 2015 at a corporate salon and joined Elite K-911 in 2021. Specializing in dogs with grooming-related behavioral issues, she is committed to making grooming a positive and stress-free experience for every pet. Anna shares her home with her husband and their three dogs: Lulu (Pomeranian), Aspen (Yellow Lab), and Ludo (Standard Poodle).

Amanda L.

Groomer

Amanda began her grooming career in 2009 at a corporate salon and joined Elite K-911 in 2023. Known for her expert scissor work and exceptional feline grooming skills, Amanda excels in providing top-tier care for both dogs and cats. She shares her life with her husband, son, and four cats: Bean, Pumpkin, Colby, and Pecan.

Groomer

Amanda graduated from Cleveland Grooming Academy in 2023 and joined Elite K-911 in 2024. With a background in animal care, including a certificate as a Zookeeper Assistant from Animal Behavioral College, Amanda’s passion for animals has always been at the core of her work. She is certified in Dog Grooming and Canine/Feline CPR/First Aid, ensuring every pet receives exceptional care. Amanda shares her life with her two dogs: Bear and Jake (Both Chocolate Labs), and a playful kitten named Toast.

Maya

Groomer

Maya began her grooming career in 2021 at a corporate salon and joined Elite K-911 in 2024. German Shepherds are one of her favorite breeds to groom and she also likes to work with anxious dogs to help build trust and confidence. Maya loves all things animal and coffee related. She spends her free time walking and playing D&D.

Alyssa

Groomer

Alyssa has been bathing dogs since 2018 and completed grooming academy in 2019. Pitbulls are her favorite breed, but she loves to groom the senior dogs. Outside of work she likes camping, baking, and attending Cavs games with her husband. Alyssa has 4 kitties, a pitty, and a crested gecko.

Bather

Kyler started his bathing career in 2023 and joined the Elite K-911 team in 2024. His deep love and appreciation for animals is reflected in his compassionate care for our clients. Kyler is a practitioner of Jivamukti Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and follows an animal product-free vegan diet. He is dedicated to promoting a cruelty free future for both animals and humans.

Emily

Kennel Manager

Emily joined the Elite K-911 team in 2024, bringing a diverse background in animal care and client services. She previously worked at the Animal Vision Center, a specialty clinic focused on animal eye health, and gained hands-on experience as a bather at a grooming facility in Virginia and as a veterinary assistant at Vet Core. Her well-rounded experience makes her a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, Emily enjoys life with her fiancé  Cameron, their three dogs: Noah (Boston Terrier), Teddy (Pit Bull mix), Mishka (Mini Aussie), and a one-eyed cat named Oswald.

Sierra

Kennel

Sierra grew up on a dairy farm in California, surrounded by animals from an early age. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for animal care, which eventually led her to spend four years managing a pet store—an incredibly rewarding role that deepened both her knowledge and love for animals. When she’s not working, Sierra enjoys exploring local metro parks, catching live music, or checking out a car show. She is also a proud cat parent to Pinto and Munster.

Autumn

Client Services

Autumn is an experienced professional with a background in multiple dog service companies, where she has honed her skills in teamwork and customer care. She thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to providing every client with exceptional service. Currently, Autumn is pursuing a degree in Business Management at Baldwin Wallace University, furthering her growth both personally and professionally.
Fun fact: Autumn has a twin brother!
