Dear Chuck,
It has been four days now since Brice's last day of "Puppy Boot-Camp". And what a changed puppy I have.
Brice, my 11 month old Bearded Collie is by far the most stubborn self-focused pup I have ever owned.....quite the opposite of all of my prior experiences with Beardies!!! However, that did not lessen my love of him or my desire to bring about a peaceful solution. Thank God my neighbor saw your ad in the the North Ridgeville paper!!
Prior to me turning my boy over to you and Britain he refused any affection from me and sought none. Heeling, controlled sitting, coming when called, down and going to his "place" was completely out of the question. He was so unruly that I stopped taking him out in public, when the door bell rang I put him in my room prior to me opening the door. We just stayed to ourselves. I knew things had to change but was more than a bit overwhelmed as to how to handle such a stubborn pup. yes of course I had attended group training classes but to no avail.
Brice is now actually recognizing me as the "head of his Pack", he sits on command and, for the most part, remains there until released, he has begun to come when called without the enticement of a cookie, he knows what "place" means and will go there and lie down again; for the most part, until told "release". He actually seeks my affection now!!
The change has been so dramatic in just 5 days of training that I will be enrolling him in yet one more 5 day session of "Puppy Boot Camp" in order to really integrate the training in BOTH Brice and myself alike. I do recognize my responsibility as his owner to establish and maintain myself as the "head of his pack" and will commit myself to that end.
We will once again resume going out in public and we have been practicing (with much success heeling, sitting and "place" RIGHT AT THE DOOR.
Life in the Shields household has become so much more calm and even FUN!!
I simply can not thank nor commend you and Britain enough; first for your genuine love of dogs and of course your obvious talent, honesty, focus, customer care and patience!!! What a TEAM!!

After being disappointed with the results of another trainer we turned to Chuck Stella to help us with our Cane Corso Hoss. Chuck has done an amazing job with our dog. In about 10 seconds Chuck bonded with Hoss, establishing himself as a pack leader. He spent time with us teaching us how to be better pack leaders. When we went away on vacation we left Hoss with Chuck and he worked with him daily. When we returned we found our dog to be much more balanced and easier to work with. I highly recommend Chuck and EliteK911 to anyone. We received great service, individual attention, and the result we were looking for.

Hello Chuck!
I just wanted to thank you for all of your help. Jack is such a great dog. He never growls anymore or makes those noises, he is very good with my whole family now. He is more used to us all now, he loves to play outside with us and he has beafed up a lot. The hair he was missing has almost fully grown in. I love having him with my family and I wanted to thank you so much for all of your help.

Hi Chuck!
I just wanted to drop you a line & let you know how very impressed we are with Wrigley. Suzie (our beagle) had surgery for a torn meniscus & ACL last week. Wrigley has been so gentle and protective of her, it is truly amazing. Rob & I think back to a year ago, before we started your training, when Wrigley was a completely different dog. It is hard to believe that at one time they could not be in the same room together, and now he seems to understand his role in the pack. (Or at the very least, we learned the proper way to remind him of his role!)

Earlier this year we were fortunate enough to get Merlin, a 6-month old Australian Cattle dog, who came to us as an abandoned stray. We already had a Labrador mix of 8 years, 2 children and a cat but fell in love with Merlin the moment we saw him. Unfortunately, his herding instincts were something we hadn't anticipated. On several occasions, he nipped at the kids, chased after the cats and was almost constantly "harassing" our older dog. All attempts to control him only seemed to make him more aggressive. We were seriously considering returning him or worse! Chuck, from Elite K911, came to our house and immediately reassured us that Merlin (and we) could be taught to live peacefully together. Through a few easy-to-learn exercises and some very helpful lessons on "herd psychology" my wife and I were able to get Merlin under control. Even our 2- and 4-year old sons were included in the training exercises! Yesterday, while I ran with him and several other dogs barked and lunged on their leashes, Merlin stayed focused on our run and my commands. I could not have been more proud of him! I am thrilled to say that he has become a happy, healthy and irreplaceable part of our family.

Hello Chuck -I just want to thank you for the training of my two Great Danes (and myself).When the Alpha dog began showing aggressive behavior, I knew I needed professional assistance to get this very strong dog under control. Your knowledge and methods helped me to get these dogs under control in a relatively short period of time. The dogs and I are much happier now and can enjoy a stress free walk.
